Ancient Wisdom

Vastu Shastra

We build homes that stay connected to nature and its energy, every Nivaas Foundations project follows Vastu ideas for health, happiness, and prosperity.

What Is Vastu?

The Science of Sacred Space

Vastu Shastra is an old Indian science of building design and space planning. Based on the Vedas, it balances five natural elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space) inside a building. This creates spaces that support well-being, positive energy, and abundance.

At Nivaas Foundations, we follow Vastu guidelines in every floor plan, from the direction of the main entrance to room placement and choice of material, without giving up on modern design or function.
